Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology (UniKL MIAT) is the nation’s premier aviation training institution established in 1997 via a collaborative effort between MARA and Northrop-Rice, a technology provider from USA and was initially known as MARA-Northrop Rice Institute.

 
TAM Negeri Sembilan with the collaboration of Polytechnic Port Dickson has arranged a technical visit to UNIKL MIAT for semester three electronic engineering students to learn the fundamental of aircraft avionics.
 
The visit shed some lights on how the electronics field is combined with the aircraft industry to create avionics related field.
